(1) 1/4" x 1" Bolt and washer
(2) 1/4" Washers & locking nuts
(3) 1/4" x 1/2" Bolt, washers, locking washer, locking nut
(4) 1/4" x 1" Bolt, washers, locking washer, locking nut

TJ Shelf


TJ SHELF

 1.  Remove factory air box from passenger side fender well. (3 Bolts)
 2.  Welder bracket for the premier power welder.

   
A. Install back of welder box bracket using provided 1/4 bolts with washer, locking washer, and nut. Make sure bracket is centered on welder bracket and tighten.
B.  Install welder bracket, with lower slope of bracket towards outside of jeep, to TJ Shelf using provided 1/4 bolts with washer, locking washer and nut.
C. Remove regulator from Premier Power Welder box and rotate 180 degrees so that the plug is facing the shelf.
 3.  Install TJ Shelf to existing factory air box holes into fender well. Due to variance from vehicle to vehicle you may have to enlarge holes in fender.
 4.  Test fit to make sure welder bracket clears fuse center box, adjust as necessary, then tighten and install TJ Shelf and welder box.>
